Varfaj and Scruggs Consulting were brought in to do a full website audit, identify the weaknesses of the site, and prescribe the fixes with the goal of dramatically increasing conversion rates.

Our sitewide audit yieled several improvements including: increased calls to actions, streamlined navigation, and upsell opportunities.

Here's how we fixed it:

  • Designed and developed a new Collection page with highly visible Add to Cart buttons as well as a new Mobile PDP with sticky CTA's.
  • We also implemented a streamlined menu on mobile and desktop to promote the skincare quiz.
  • Finally, we implemented product bundling to incentivize customers to upgrade their purchase quickly and easily.

And the results are in...


  • Conversion Rate jumped dramatically by 35%.

  • Add to Cart rate skyrocketed 70%.

  • Average Order Value bumped up 13%.

  • 1st Time Conversion Rate bumped up 30%.

  • Total Revenue increased by 35%.
