Our sitewide audit yieled several improvements including: the need for a Collection page, a lacking cart experience, and opportunities to increase LTV of each customer.

Here's how we fixed it:

  • Designed and developed a Collection page in time for Cyber Monday sales. This page gave visitors an overview of Ghia's range of products.
  • We also implemented a flyout cart that allows users to seamlessly checkout without any hassles.
  • Finally, we implemented a product bundle to incentivize customers to upgrade their purchase quickly and easily as well as implemented Recharge subscriptions to increase recurring revenue.

The final piece of the puzzle was a full migration to Shopify 2.0. This created a more stable and easily maintained site.


  • Sales 2x compared to prior 3 month period.

  • Average order amount increased to $97.

  • Returns were cut in half from 2.4% to 1.2%.
